Every year Jameson hosts an annual get together back home in Dublin for their global ambassadors. We were asked to oversee design and production for the event, which took place across multiple venues in the city.
Knowing that the guests were arriving from all over the world, we used the shape of the globe as inspiration for our environment; breaking down formal conference barriers and creating 360 degree engagement opportunities for speakers and attendees alike.
What We Did
We designed, managed and executed the overall event from start to finish, with a dedicated team working on a selection of evolving experiences and different venues over 3 days. The busy schedule meant we had to be ready to move in real time as the summit progressed, this meant teams working in tandem to construct and tear down the different environments as needed. From our innovative and immersive speaker environment design on Day 1, our own creative twist on the “Jemmie” awards on Day 2, right through to the quirky closing party – we ensured all bases were covered and the event ran as smoothly and effectively as possible.
3 days of stimulating content across 5 engaging locations, 90 happy and fulfilled brand ambassadors (not to mention their managers!) inspired, recharged and ready to take on another year.
