  • The Brief

    When Pernod Ricard UK chose Ireland as the location for their Annual Conference they approached us to create an engaging conference experience. They decided to “couple up” with the theme of Love Ireland to tie in with the Love Island TV show. Our task was to create an experience which replicated the Love Island Villa complete with fire pit & gym.

  • The Solution

    Using the round rooms curved profile we designed a set which fit in into the space complete with a 17m curved screen and curved stage to match. Giving the whole stage a grass covering, we also create a fire pit, gym and bar space which replicated the ones seen on the TV show.

    We also provided all technical production services including AV, Lighting and Stage Management ensuring the smooth running of the conference from start to finish.

  • The Impact

    The event was highly engaging and the interactive,the content insured that all guests were engaged throughout the entire event. Together with smooth technical production, the conference was a great success.
