Brand Summit

Date: 2015

Venue: Warehouse 8, Midleton County Cork

Services Provided: Event production and design, branding, theming and lighting design and onsite production.

The Brief: Take a maturation warehouse, line the walls with 7000 empty whiskey barrels, and hold a company conference and dinner for 350 people….. Yes please! what an opportunity

The Solution: We tackled this by designing the conference area first, and planning the very tight turn around from day time into evening (with the help of a lot of very efficient forklift drivers and all hands on deck.)

The Impact:  Overall the event was a great success and the space was turned from a big tin shed, into a warm intimate space where some of Irelands best talent was on hand to entertain guests and deliver a culinary experience like no other. A celebration of the success of one of Irelands most iconic brands.

Absolut Body & Soul

Venue: Body and Soul festival Ballinlough Castle

Date: Summer solstice weekend

Services Provided: Concept design, Event Production and Design, Project Management, Experience Design.

The Brief: Bring “Absolut Mid Summers Night” to life at one of Ireland’s biggest festivals.

The Solution: Create an open inviting space that allowed the concept to come to life. The design revolved around our 20ft high maypole created to allow our aerial artists to create a mid summer nights performance like no other.

The Impact: Sales up by 70% on last year amazing feedback from consumers and brand owner. Looking forward to 2016.

Absolut Art Bar – a fresh addition to the festival and perfectly designed. The Absolut Art Bar is half under a tent and half under the sky and all centred around a fairy-lit maypole. Shaped like a welcoming harbour, the DJ list – curated by Arveene – was serious enough to be a proper weekend destination in its own right, and yet the sounds were warm and welcoming. It was where we started and would be where we rounded-off the festival – draining the bar of ginger ale and other mixers in the process of dancing the first and last energy of the weekend out (if you didn’t catch the acrobatics display at the maypole on Sunday afternoon you need to make it a priority next year, trust us)”
