The Caribbean Premier League (CPLT20) is an annual cricket tournament held across the Caribbean.
We were tasked with the design, management and execution of all the stadium branding and sponsorship activations for CPLT20 Cricket across 8 islands over an 8 week period.
We created a branding structure to activate and produce a touring system to maximise the budget efficiency The branding was designed and executed to bring the entire tournament to life for the live events and for broadcast.
We developed and manufactured a bespoke system to pack up and tour the brand assets to each stadium, which minimised the total production spend. The production and build were of such a high standard they could transported to each location as the tournament progressed.
Our production and logistics expertise enabled us to design, manage and stage the brand for each match with local suppliers in Jamaica, St Lucia, Gianna, Barbados, Trinidad, Tobago & St. Kits. We also created the animation for the venue screens and the TV backboards.
Our approach resulted in the branding design and structures being used for the 3 years of the contract. The quality of the work resulted in efficiencies and economies of scale that returned a 300% saving from the legacy system that was used previously.
