To provide the ultimate Jameson brand experience in the original Jameson home. Fully engaging visitors in a fun, highly personal, memorable and modernised way.
The customer experience needed to be modernised to reflect the evolving global positioning and help create a community of advocates. The re-imagined Brand Home places storytelling at the core of the visitor experience, drawing on the personal human connection and state-of-the-art technology to bring the Bow St. story to life.
We were responsible for aspects such as:
Development of creative concepts from ideation to completion.
Development of the creative intent provided by Brand Team.
Management of the creative process in round table discussions with all stakeholders.
Technical integration on all scenic areas.
We were also able to convey the essence of the brand in an authentic, engaging and premium manner.This included: creating a world’s best Jameson bar, bringing part of the whiskey-process back to the venue (Maturation house) as well as increasing scale to accommodating more people within.
Projects with large capital investment of this scale require all stakeholders to work seamlessly. On this project we worked with, and became part of, a variety of different working teams in order to ensure consistency and clarity of communication
Bow Street Distillery was named The World’s Leading Distillery Tour at the World Travel Awards as well as being confirmed as the World’s Most Visited Whiskey Experience with over 400k visitors from over 70 countries since it has reopened.
